Once you've sold an item can you retract it
my daughter is heartbroken about some China I just sold and has begged me to retract the sale but I said I think you legally HAVE to go ahead,
can anyone advise?

hey there dont panic just issue them with a notice you want to cancel its not legally binding but they may leave you bad feedback as some buyers are just mean it will all be done via ebay under resolve a problem press the button you wish to cancel you can send a message to the buyer explaining reason and they will get an auto refund good luck
