If you were to put something on your listings mentioning that you do not accept returns you could be setting yourself up for a whole load of trouble.  If your listings show that you accept returns then in the event that you get a buyer who has bought something from you but has since changed his mind about it and now wants to return the item for a refund then if it was clear on your listings that you were willing to accept returns he would more than likely just ask for a refund and the matter would probably end there once you'd received the item back and had refunded the buyer's money.  If, however, you state "Returns Not Accepted" or something else to that effect then you could well find that buyers who just want to return something simply because they've changed their mind start to open untrutuful Item Not As Described cases in order to get eBay to force the refund if you resolutely refuse to issue a refund.  Therefore, do yourself a favour and make it clear to buyers that you accept returns, otherwise you could well end up with a lot of account damaging defects from customers resorting to opening dubious Item Not As Described cases as a result of the fact that they see that as the easiest way to ensure that they get their money back.  eBay always side with the buyer in those type of cases, so if you were to disregard this advice and refused to offer refunds then you might not be selling for too long if you had the misfortune to get a lot of cases opened against you from buyers attempting to get eBay to step in and force you to refund their money.
