No ,I get receive emails of promos

I used to receive emails advising of special promotions such as the £1 maximum selling fees but these days unless I actually go into my eBay account and see that there is a message I’m unaware.  I get emails from buyers and notifications if items sell, just none about promotions.  Can anyone help please?

You are not alone. Lots of sellers are saying they are not receiving promos at the moment.

I suppose you cannot complain as these are a gift and are not an entitlement.

Ebay offers are sent by message AND Email so if you receive one there is no excuse for not seeing it. They are a bit thin on the ground recently, I had a gap of a month then offers on two weekends in a row. In any case they are offers, they are not an entitlement.

I’m aware promos are not an entitlement and as I said I do receive them but am only aware of them if I physically go into my eBay account and see there is a message. At one time I used to get an email advising of the promotions.
