New Coupon/Voucher offer not accumulating correctly....

Anyone else signed up to the new Coupon/Voucher offer. I say 'Coupon/Voucher' because Ebay flip flop between the two terms in their description of it. That aside, the coupons don't appear to accumulate correctly, in line with 10% of the sale price (yes, not including shipping).  First item under the offer sold for £10 so got £1 coupon, second item sold for £16.99, but the coupon total only rose to £1.70 - either not adding the £1 from the first item or only paying £0.70 for the second item. Either way you look it's wrong.

The vouchers don't accumulate they are single vouchers for each item sold and can only be used one at a time for purchases
