NO REFUND AND NO ITEM RECEIVED BACK TO THE SELLER

Hi, 

I sold an item and buyer opened a return request but he didn't return it. The time frame for return has already expired and PayPal (Ebay) is still holding my money. What should i do?

Do Nothing. The Case will eventually Time Out in your favour. Don't stir the pot.........

It says this, EBAY: You should wait until you get the item back before you refund the buyer. Please make sure that you issue the refund within 5 working days of the item being delivered back to you. If the buyer doesn't send the item back by 15 Apr we may close this return.

It has been 15th of April already and money are still in hold.

Can take 20 + days before EBay Close the Case in your favour. Sorry but you will just have to wait.
