My sold item is listed as being paid, but the money isn't in my paypal account.

Hi I can't get through to ebay so cannot get help from them. Can someone else please advise me?

I sold three pairs of shorts on the 31st  of May. It says on my listings that the buyer paid for the item through paypal on the 312t May. Then above all the listings in bold it says that the buyer has not yet paid. After going through to paypal the money hasn't arrived in my account. Yet the buyer is absolutely positive he's paid and he has sent me the screen shots of his payments. I do not know what on earth to do, but I am not sending them until the money is in my account. I looked to see if the money is being 'held', 'pended' for some reason and it isn't. Or if it is, ebay/paypal is keeping it quiet.

Please could someone help me?

You don't appear to have sold for some time so payment would be held, but I do not understand why it says not paid.

Paypal payments can sometimes take somehours to show, go to MORE ACTIONS on one of the sold items and one option is see Paypal Payment. If paid you should see it there but as I said I expect it would be held.

This would be for the protection of the buyer and you, as in active selling accounts are frequently hacked. If you read through the Answer Centre there are dozens of questions every day about how do buyers get refunds when ebay has removed the item they have bought. Sun Loungers are the scammers favourite at the moment.
