My sales figure is wrong as I cancelled sale as requested by buyer - how do I change this?

I have a TV listed and had some interest but soon discovered they werent a genuine buyer - I cancelled the sale and relisteded the item but its showing as sold in my 90 sales amount help!

If you cancelled the transaction correctly, the selling fee will have been credited back your Ebay account. Check your Ebay account to see.

 

If the credit isn't listed, what reason did you choose for the cancellation? Not all the listed reasons will trigger a credit.

I cannot see the previous listing, but the point is that if it had bids or was sold as BIN then it is sold if you end an auction early, you get charged as well. Cancelling a sale does not reduce the sales figure.

 

Your 90 day sales total is not important, it doesn't affect anything, it is whether you recovered the selling fee that is important, and if you ended an auction with bids, or failed to be paid for a sale then it is not recoverable, unless you complete an Unpaid Case which has to be within 32 days of the sale.
