My buyer has paid for an item on 12/11 but with an incomplete address. Just Bradford Road but no number. I have logged into Paypal with just the same result. I have emailed the buyer 3 times since Thursday with no reply. I have no idea what to do next. The last thing I want is a disgruntled buyer leaving a bad feedback.
I hope someone can help. Unfortunately the Help & Contact appears to be on the side of the buyer with no clear guidance to me the seller.
My advice is to cancel the Ebay transaction ('problem with buyer's address'). That will auto refund the buyer, and credit the selling fee back to your Ebay account. You'll then be free to relist. And consider adding the buyer's Ebay ID to your Blocked Bidders List.
If the buyer leaves bad feedback as a result, contact Ebay to get it removed. Buyers are expected to provide a full and accurate address.
