Hi,
The app says my buyer has purchased and the money is in my paypal. There is no money in my paypal and no record of it. eBay customer service say the transaction has gone through. What do I do? Is there a delay in the money getting into your paypal account?

Have you looked properly in Paypal, the money will not show in your balance, but should show as being held. This applies to all new sellers.
When tracking shows as delivered the money is then released and shows in the balance of your paypal account.
If not then you may have a mistake with te email address which you put on your listing not matching the one you supplied to paypal.
