My acccount has been temporarily frozen for 3 days by ebay as I listed a Gift Box Bottle of Port and

a Deccanter without realising that you had to be licensed to sell alcohol on ebay - which I fully understand - but 4 days have now passed and my account doesn't appear to be up and running again.  I have at least one (if not more) buyer who has left positive feedback within this period but it hasn't appeared on my account.  Who is responsible for reinstating my account and how can I get it u and running again?

Ebay would have told you how long any ban would be, it could be indefinite but I would think it unlikely if this is a first time offence. If ebay said 3days it would as with everything on ebay be to the second.

We are members like you, if you read the heading, we do not put bans on or take them off.

You have items listed so it is not a complete ban, and I doubt very much that any feedback left for you woud be affected.

It might pay you to enter Prohibited Items in HELP & CONTACT so that you are aware of restrictions rather than be caught again.
