Multi Buy not showing up on my listing?

I have followed the step by step instruictions on how to add multi buy but it is still not showing on my listing, has anyone else had the same problem? I have left it for a few hours and refreshed and yet still  nothing...

you've forgotten to register as a business, subscribing to a shop doesn't do this automatically:-

Upgrade to a Business Account

also, you can't have 'multi buy' when you only have one of an item listed,

you need to increase the number available before 'multi buy' will appear
