Managed payments and £1 max listing

I've just signed up to managed payments and am a bit confused about final fee.  I signed up for £1 max selling fees this weekend, item sold for £9.99 but I have been charged £1.58 in fees  (12.35% is £1.23 plus 35p per order fee).  Shouldn't the £1.23 be £1?? Thanks in advance

Did you read the T & C. The £1 offer only applies to items listed which were listed after accepting the offer. The rules are very simple and clear. Listed after accepting, and selling on first listing NOT relists.

If you go to USED/UNUSED for example 2/98 and click the item number of those included in the offer are shown.

Can't see anything listed under this ID so can't look to see the item, when listed or check the fees.

My calculation based on £9.99 is 10% = £1 2.8% = about 29p + Fixed fee of 30p so that works out at about £1.59. which is close to the actual fee. It helps if you are using the correct charges.

Yes I accepted £1 max fee offer Fri then listed on Friday and item sold today. Managed payments by my understanding are 12.35% plus a per order fee of 30p+vat. Ebay charged £1.58 so they did not honour the £1 max fee !!

is this on a business account?

if so, you pay the full fee and are credited the offer amount at a later date, read the T&C's
