Managed Payments

Hello.

1) I live in Turkey. I am registered eBay UK (Business account) and I'm also make selling on eBay UK for 10 years.

2) Does "Managed Payments" apply to me? Or is it only for eBay sellers based in the UK? (So only sellers who lives in UK)

3) eBay had contacted me about 6 months ago and told the Managed Payments system. After that, they did not communicate about this.  I too also want to switch to Managed Payments. What should I do for it?

Follow the instructions to register and see what happens.  If you have a UK bank account, there may not be any problem.  But if there is, contact Ebay for further information. Help & Contact is at top and foot of any page.

I have been trying to reach to ebay customer service for 3 days but I can not contact with them. Customer service is closed. I can't call them and send email messages.

CS is not closed. You can't currently call them due to Covid staff shortages, and there hasn't been email CS for at least 10 years, but Live Chat and Request-a-callback are available within working hours. I used Request-a-callback the other day, and was called back in less than a minute.
