An item I posted was "lost" for two weeks so I refunded payment by PayPal. It has now reappeared having been discovered by the buyer where the postie left it, and the buyer would like to pay again. How can I do this as I am unable to send an invoice. Any suggestions would be appreciated.
Ask them to use the Send & Request link in their Paypal account.
