Listing is displaying a variation photo, not main photo

Hi

I am fairly new to selling on ebay, but I have noticed that when I search my listing the item shown is a single variation, not the main photo showing many variations.

The last change I made to my listing was over 12 hours ago.

Not sure why you are concerned. It doesn't seem to have affected your sales.

I hate to be the bearer of bad news, but you cannot sell face masks on Ebay.  Click on the bright green Covid-19 banner at the top of the page. Face masks can only be sold by business sellers, and only by business sellers who were selling masks before the pandemic came into existence.  So end the listing now, before Ebay does it for you and closes your account. Account closures are permanent.

And note that private accounts are only for those selling off their old no longer wanted possessions form wardrobe and attic. So if you're planning to make other items (not masks or mask-related), you must upgrade your account from private to business. Not only an Ebay requirement, but the law.

as you are making those items to sell you need to

Upgrade to a Business Account

you also need to list in the correct category,

listing in the wrong category to get around ebays rules on who can list certain items is the quickest way to get your account banned.
