Hi - a buyer has officially come to me to say their item hasn't arrived. I've checked the tracking on Royal Mail and it was signed for last friday 18th Dec. The item was to a click and collect shop (Mccolls) and I added the tracking to the item so the buyer must be able to see that it was delivered. I'm nervous as there was no address in Paypal or the paypal email receipt so I used the address in Ebay. Do you think there will be a problem with this. Sounds to me like the shop have mislaid it.
Tell the buyer to contact the CS click and collect team and ask for a code, if they have a code and when they went to get it, it wasn't there, then they need to openn a case for item not received and you enter the tracking. You will win the case.
