Item ended with bids but shows as unsold

My item ended with 5 bids however now shows as unsold. 
how do I solve this?

When did you sell it?.

I can see two items that came off today 

One with 1 bid and the other unsold.

The only item with 5 bids I can see was from Jan

If you have sold something with bids and it sold then it could be an ebay glitch

and may right itself

Hi there,
yes had two items finishing today. One finished this morning with one bid.
The other finished tonight it’s the Joe Jackson album and showed as having 5 bids. It then went into the unsold category after the auction ended. Hopefully it will sort itself out.

I see it now. It was not there when I first looked. It should sort itself. There are other reports of this and it has happened before. I usually clears itself
