Is there a problem with listing on ebay at the moment?

I am trying to reopen my shop after closing due to covid. But the create a listing button is only working occasionally and I cannot add variations at all! This is incredably frustrating especially as I haven't been able to earn for months. Is anyone else having the same problem? or is it a known issue?

Have you registered for Managed Payments...? If so, check that your bank account details are accurate in your Ebay account, and that the names on your Ebay and bank accounts are identical. The MP information pages state that if they aren't, this will cause listing difficulties. Have a read for yourself.

Thank you for your answer, I have registered and checked my details are correct. Unfortunately it doesn't seem to have made a difference.
