Is buyers strike visible to them?

I have a buyer who  made an offer which I accepted.   She says she did not make the offer and is might have been 'little fingers'.   I have opened a case due to end soon and I wondered if she will be aware that she has received a strike when it closes.  Thank you.

Anyone who thinks 'little fingers' (or 'cat walked across the keyboard', or any of a myriad of other laughable excuses) is valid, let alone believable, deserves a non-payment strike. She has breached the contract she entered into. So don't feel bad about it. Just add her Ebay ID to your Blocked Bidders List so her 'little fingers' can't mess you around again, and close the UI case as 'unpaid' after 4 full days.
