Is anyone else having trouble with listing images being incorrect? Showing a random variant

Hi,

We've recently noticed a number of our listings aren't showing the 'main image' in the search results and are showing one of many variant images instead. This has had a huge effect on our weekend sales and we're wondering if anyone else has faced the same problem and if there's a known solution?

We've found other forums but most are 5/6+ years old so wonder if anything else has come to light. For example, our main image for one of our mug listings features many of the variants we sell on the same image but the image being shown on the search listings is one of our 32 variants. This is the same across most of our 'multiple variant' listings.

Any help or knowledge would be much appreciated!

Yes - if you scroll through the forums, or do a forum 'search', you'll see many posts about it. Ebay are aware of the issue, and are working on it.

YES I HAVE HADE SAME PROBLUM TO GET ROUND IT I REVISE IT ADD A JUNK PICK THEM REVISE THE REVISE AND DELETE JUNK PICTURE

Hi, thank you for the reply. Do you need to add the junk photo as a new main image or as a variant to something?
