Hi ebayers to sellers really,am I the only, one out there, selling stuff, and the final, bidder the buyer, not paying for items. As I have had a few,in the past few months,it's spoiling it for all of us.
Open an Unpaid Item case, and close as 'unpaid' after 4 full days to get the selling fee credited back to your Ebay account. The buyer will get an Unpaid Item strike slapped on their account, and will not be able to leave feedback.
Add the non-payer's Ebay ID to your Blocked Bidders List.
While you're there, tighten up your Buyer Requirements to lower the risk of getting non-payers and other rogue buyers in the first place. Pay particular attention to the one which blocks those with 2+ Unpaid Item strikes in 12 months.
If you have had several non payers, as you do not appear to have a lot of sales, that is a rather high % of non payers.
Apart from setting your preferences to block those with 2 or more unpaid strikes, and blocking any non payers, I can't see why you are getting so many.
I have had more than usual this year but even so probably no more than 6 or so, less than one in 100.
i haven`t used auctions for years, more trouble than their worth in my opinion. i just list on buy it now, at a price i`m willing to accept and at what i think is fair and competitive, with the box ticked for immediate payment required, so something worth considering 🙂
I can understand why you're sick of non-payers, they are a pain and we all get them, however that is no reason to abuse the feedback system
The option to leave neg or neutral was removed 12 years ago because some sellers were abusing the system and using it to bully and threaten buyers.
Use the tools ebay provide (which does not include leaving any FB) - unpaid item case, add to BBL and set buyer requirement blocks to block anyone with 2+ strikes in last 12 months.

Leaving false positive FB for a buyer is a policy violation and will damage your account if it is picked up by ebay. It doesn't help you and it doesn't help other sellers. The strike from an unpaid item case does far more damage to the non-payer's account than a few silly words on their FB profile.
