Invoice problem

I can't seem to be able to send an invoice to a buyer un the US who bought 4 items it only allows me to send an invoice for one of the items.

You appear to be in GSP, so can't send combined invoice, you have to post each item separately with its own ID provided, tracked to UK GSP centre.

If buyer adds all items to basket, then pays, Pitney bowes will combine P&P for international postage.

and whatever item I click on I always get the same one, not the relevant item but one of the others.
