Sold an item for a fair price - buyer wanted it delivered which I arranged.
Address was the one listed by ebay and paypal. It was a petrol station.
Item delivered to petrol station (I have tracking proof) but rejected.
Buyer has opened a case against me for 'missing items' and demands a refund.
Item being returned to me (I think) and I'm happy to provide a refund when its returned,
BUT
who foots the rather expensive postage bill?
thanks
Unless you can prove delivery by online tracking to buyers paypal address, you always have to refund.
You have 8 days from buyer opening case to refund, you can't wait until item is returned to you.
You have to refund in full, including postage.
If buyer wants item resent to different address, relist & they can buy again, make sure they update new delivery address on paypal.
