adding to the advice already given -

You have a campervan with 11 bids [over £8,000] and reserve not met - if it does not sell you will pay 4% of the reserve but you could have a much more serious problem.

You are asking for payment by PayPal and therefore you could lose the van and money as you have no protection on vehicles - cash or such like on collection is the only way.

Reserves for vehicles are charged a fixed fee of £9.99 as peaseblossom has pointed out earlier, not 4%.
