I want to use DPD not Royal mail as my courier but find I cannot change the Royal Mail default

I want to use DPd as my coutrier but in creating my listing it keeps coming back to royal mail, not allowing me to change. What am I missing here?

Leave parcel details: weight etc. blank on the listing form and you should be able to choose which courier you want.
