I want to revise a listing but ebay uk system asking me to provide pin again and again, by email by phone. It is in looping and I can't revise any listing.

I talked with their CS,  they told me it is their IT department make the system like this (wrost) and a lot of buyers facing the same problem!! can't revise a listing but looping in security checking again and again

I request your company to slove the problem ASAP.

All your items are Buy it Nows,  it may be better than to end the item,  and then from your unsold items click on Sell Similar on that item,   scroll down the listing amend what is necessary and relist that way.

ebay US AU and CA don't have such problem

You mean the watchers? Yes, selecting Sell similar would do that , it just places it higher up in searches, and near the top if someone is searching ' Newly Listed'.

Have you tried switching devices to revise? Using a laptop say with Chrome or Firefox and not IE as that is no longer compatible may work?

Not the watchers, I mean the unit sold
I use Chrome only

Chrome seems to have a few problems lately, try a different browser

Sorry of course (not enough coffee here!) yes all numbers of units buyers have bought would disappear.

If you change browsers, I use Chrome with no problem, then try Firefox, that's eBay friendly, but not Internet Explorer as that is no longer compatible.

Are you also using the advanced / business listing tool? Not the quick lsiting tool, as it gives you more control over your lsiting.
