I’ve recently sold an item, the buyer is registered in Russia but postal address in England.

I have been charged an International Fee as the buyer is registered in Russia but with a postal address in UK. I have never come across this before. Is there anything I can do to avoid this happening again? Thank you for any advice.

As buyer is based in another country, they will pay in their own currency, you still receive GBP you sold for, but paypal charge a slightly higher fee, no way to avoid it.

All sellers are being moved to ebay Managed payments, no more paypal, don't know if international payments will incur higher fee with them.
