Ebay says that I'm not a registered member - I've been signed up since 2005 and have 270 odd 100% positive feedbacks on my purchases. My first buyer says he is unable to give feedback because I'm not registered. Am I missing something?
Ebay doesn't say that at all - your buyer does, which is quite different. You clearly are still a registered member, so ask him to send you a screenshot of what he's seeing.
