I uploaded my tracking number but randomly it changed and won't let me change back!

I have sold an item on ebay however for some reason the tracking # put with the item has been changed! Idk WHY this has happened, the new one doesn't come up on royal mail but the old one still does as usual, however when I go to edit the tracking information it doesn't let me put the original one in!! I need my tracking/delivery to be confirmed so that paypal give me my money! 😞

It says here there is an edit facility.

How did you post? How did you buy your postage, did you print off the postage label?

It sounds to me as if you bought a label which incorporated tracking and when scanned at the Post Office automatically gets loaded on ebay. If you are trying to add a different tracking where did you get that from? You can only have one!!

I used Royal mail and I bought and printed the packing thingy from ebay. I put it on my package and gave it in at the post office.
