I requested a call back multiple time for past 9 hours. How can I reach an agent.

I have a need to speak with Ebay representative.  I requested a call back multiple time for over 10 hours.  Each time I make the request I get a resaponce that they will get back in 1 minute.

Does anyone know how I can each ANYONE at ebay to get help?
