You have only just joined ebay, so will have limit on what you can sell.

If trying to list a high value branded items, may look suspicious,

I see that I can’t sell over $500 a month. But it says my items cannot be re-listed? Am I able to put it back up or would this cause trouble ?

If ebay have removed items, do not relist, next time they may suspend your account.
