I have sold some genuine Chanel shoes, the authenticity is in question by the buyer,

i sold some Chanel shoes to a lady who is questioning their authenticity.

I bought the shoes myself from the Chanel shop on Sloane Square approx 15 years ago.  I sent the shoes with the box and also the bag.

She is questioning their authenticity as they do not have a serial number in.  Is there anywhere where I can get these shoes authenticated... for her peice of mind, and so I dont get a bad review.

I am selling lots of genuine things so I dont want her mistake to blight my reviews

You would have to take them to the Chanel shop to get them authorised so the best thing to do would be to ask your buyer to return them to you for a full refund if they are not happy.

Once you get them back refund in full and relist.

You are selling a lot of designer items, buyers & ebay may be suspicious as there is no way to prove if fake or not,

so sometimes you have to accept returns.

Also check VeRo at bottom of page, some brand owners don't like their used items being resold by privare sellers.
