I have received negative feedback from buyer

This is my first negative but i dont think it is meant for me as they state the jeans are the wrong size, I dont sell jeans.  I am really upset as i go out of my way to help buyers and refund immediately if there is a problem.  I have messaged the buyer but i get no response. The buyer bought a lighter from me and has never said there is a problem. Is there any way i can get this removed? thank you

If you haven't sold this item,  then, yes,  it's an obvious mistake by the buyer sending it to the wrong seller.

Click on their profile and find the Contact member link,  describe what has happened,  and ask them if they would kindly complete a feedback revision you need to send to them.

This you can find by clicking on your feedback score,  go up to the feedback forum link , click on that.  You will  see on the left,  Send Feedback revision.

Use a Laptop / PC/ browser,  but not IE , and not the ebay app,  to manage this.
