Has your buyer paid & is it an expensive item? Is it a scam magnet product, example, if you do not sell much on eBay then you could be a scammers dream, are you selling a top end mobile phone, laptop, camera or jewelry?
Do not hold his lack of feedback against him, but if he starts making demands, ie will you post tomorrow to a different address, claims to have paid but hasn´t, asks for your email address, then run a mile.
If he has paid, then let us hope it is via PayPal, for double check that his address is also on the PayPal details. If it is an expensive item you could always phone PayPal to see if the account has been flagged
