I have completed a mutually agreed partial refund. How do I finalise the buyer's claim?

Can anybody advise the procedure for finalising a buyer's claim following a mutually agreed partial refund?

Log into paypal & find transaction, click refund, make sure you put amount in or it will refund in full & send.

You won't get any fees refunded, ebay only do it on full refund through case, paypal never refind fees.

I had already done as you instruct and paid a mutually agreed partial refund, but it appears no facility exists to ignore PayPal's insistence I pay the full refund and advise them and ebay that the unregistered dispute is over.

Ebay case will close automatically had you done full refund through it.
You can ask buyer to close case or if they do nothing will time out after 30 days in your favour.
DO NOT contact ebay, they have been known to issue buyer with full refund.
