I have been trying to list some items tonight and when I get to the postage selection it seems to have gone haywire. Quoting small parcel 2nd class £28.55 & over £15 for a large letter. Has anyone else had this problem.
it just seems ebay is getting less & less user friendly
Hi. I have got same problem. Wanted to post something and it shows 28.55£ for normal small parcel 2nd class that costs 3.10 normally... I think there's an error. It's been like this for last 3 days and I can't get on call with Customer service.
If the postage section isn't allowing you to include the price then perhaps a temporary solution to the problem would be to include the postage in the asking price. That way you'd still get the postage price when the buyer paid you for the item, but the listing would just have to be adjusted so that it shows up as having free postage. If you don't have to enter a postage amount then so long as you can actually get the item to list perhaps that would be the best workaround solution to use until such time as eBay actually get around to sorting out the glitch that is causing the problem.
