I have accidentally denied eBay access to my photos on my iPad how do I undo that?

Help needed how do I allow access to my photos again, I must have accidentally touched something and can’t see how to put it right.

if on phone go to 

Settings>apps>ebay>permissions> allow camera

some phones permissions and apps are swapped but thats a rough idea
