I cannot verify my paypal (So I can't sell internationally) (Lithuanian paypal, UK ebay account.)

My paypal account is verified, but can't verify my UK ebay.
My Lithuanian paypal is verified, and when I click verify on UK ebay it says verified, but when I come back to settings it says click to verify.

When somebody is trying to buy it's impossible to complete the transaction:
(Your payment didn't go through. Please check your payment details or select a different payment option.)

Anybody have any ideas? Best regards.

You're in Lithuania and this is the UK site.  You need to use the Help pages and forums on the site you registered on, which will be ebay.com if there isn't a dedicated Ebay site for your country, to ensure you get information that is relevant for your account.

However, you can't sell internationally anwyay. Newbies have to prove themselves to be good and reliable sellers in their domestic market first.  When you get back to ebay.com, or wherever you're registered, you can check that information for yourself in the seller help pages, along with everything else you need to know about selling on Ebay.
