I broke a plate before sending to the buyer. What do I do?

Hi, I broke a plate ( it fell out of the cupboard) as I was preparing to send it to the buyer. I wrote to her and apologised. How do I cancel the sale and cancel the paypal she set up which is still pending?

MORE ACTIONS > Cancel > BuyersRequest. Refund should then be automatic through the Cancellation Case.
