I am new to eBay but for some reason I can buy now but it won't let me bid, so frustrating

I have been on eBay for many years .and had thousands of feed backs .

but I changed my email and could not get in to my old one , ! So I had to close my eBay account and open a new one ,

but now my feedback is (1)so for some reason it's not letting me bid !!! It's so frustrating as I can't seem to explain this to anyone what's going on . There is no proper link to customer service !! 

Ebay is letting me buy now but not bid , I don't know what to do next .

These are the UK boards and you are in France.

You count as a new member so you have the normal new buyer restrictions on bidding.  You need to build up some buying history on this account.
