How to locate a bidders feedback details etc

Ive used Ebay for years and im sure I used to be able to find sellers details easily but today Im stumped !!

I had a buyer who used the 'oh my granddaughter bid when I was on holiday excuse to not pay' - despite the emails being written in exactly same way when she bought the items and when she was telling me she couldnt pay - the grammar and spellings etc so I figure her granddaughter has a good career in forgery ahead

Help would be appreciated - shes had an unpaid transaction raised against her and Ill block for future bidding

All you can do as once the Unpaid case is closed after 5 days, neither party can leave damaging feedback and any left before closure can be removed.   Sellers can only leave Positive feedback for 'timewasters'  ... Negative comments on a positive rating will result in a Seller account defect.   Feedback profile is found by clicking the number (#) in brackets beside a Username.
