How to contact support?
All the time redirects to the wrong pages.
It is necessary to close the dispute at the request of the buyer, the buyer does not succeed, but I can’t contact in any way.
All the buyer has to do is go to the case in the resolution centre at foot of page, and use tye cancel option.
They are the only person who can do this, there is no point in trying to contact ebay.
If anyone could just phone up and close a case, the whole point of opening cases would be pointless. Buyer has a problem, opens case, seller doesn't feel like being helpful so just phone up and get it closed. How would this help anyone?
The buyer is the only one who can close a dispute.
