How to check how much money I owe to eBay

I am confused with the Ebay system and I would like to know how much money I owe to ebay for selling fees as i cancelled and order but dont know if my fees got returned.

Go to:

My Ebay >> Accounts  Tab top left  >> Seller Account >> See all activity on this account.

You only get fees credited if you cancelled correctly,
if you refunded direct through paypal, unlikely to get fee refund.

If you cancelled properly you would have been told that the fees were refunded and should also show within the case.
