How do I offer watchers a discount price?

I have noticed that when you watch an item some sellers offer you a discount. How do they do this?

If you are prepared to offer a discount to completely unknown members, why not just reduce your prices. Real buyers are worth a lot more than Watchers who probably have no intention of buying.

You would also benefit from registering as a Business Seller as that is what you are. Why would anyone buy from you when you are deny them their legal rights, and are competing unfairly with properly registered Business Sellers.

I asked this question because I have been offered a lower price by sellers
on items lately from what i presumed was not a business seller which if it
was not cheaper I would not have bought, sometimes you don't want to appear
too cheeky or offensive to a seller when offering a lower price. I am
simply asking the question nothing more.

I certainly did not ask a question on this forum to be told WHAT I am !
If this is the sort of pompous replies you get on here then it is not the
place for me!
