How do I mark an item as paid? I unticked the paid box accidently

Hi hoping you can help. 

I've sold an item, buyer has definitley paid through paypal and so this item originally showed as "paid" in my account. Unfortunatley as I've gone to print the Royal Mail postage label, I've accidently ticked "mark as unpaid" and now the item is showing as "awaiting payment" again. 

I've done the usual and looked for the "mark as paid" option to the right hand side/more options tab but there doesn't seem to be this option anymore. I'm now concerned that my buyer is going to recieve payment reminders when they have already paid and I just can't fix the status. 

Tried Ebay chat and haven't been able to get though as of yet.

Solved (by pure chance!) Just incase anyone else has this issue here's how to sort:

Using a desktop/laptop, go into "Myebay" click on your sold items, click on the item in question, there should then be a thin green banner appearing along the top of the item summary saying "you marked this item as unpaid" and next to it there is a link to "mark item as paid"- click link and hey presto!

See if the buyer can mark as payment sent on right of item on their Purchase History page.   If not try live chat tomorrow, hopefully they can do it for you.
