Hello,
I would like to issue a full refund including p and p to a customer as the item is faulty. I do not want the item returned. When I search for help I keep being referred to the Returns Dashboard which shows there is nothing in it. How do I proceed?
Tell the buyer to open a return request for not as described. Once opened, you'll be given the option to simply refund in full without the need for return. That action will then auto-refund the selling fee back to your Ebay account.
Ask the buyer to open a "not as described" return case and when you accept it there's an option to refund without return.
