How do I actually sell something on ebay, I am new to this and at a loss

Once you've worked out whether or not your account has been hacked or otherwise fraudulently used, note that everything you need to know about selling here is in the Seller Centre (link at foot of any page). You also have the Help pages with their integral search to refer to (links at top and foot of any page). Note too that if you're making, growing, refurbishing, or buying in (new or old) items to sell, you must upgrade your account from private to business. Not only an Ebay requirement but the law. Private accounts are only for those selling off  their old no-longer-wanted possessions from wardrobe and attic. That information too is in the Seller Centre.

you have live listings and four sales since April,

so you clearly know how to list, and your items have sold,

what is it that you don't know what to do?

Assuming you haven't been hacked I suggest you go to Seller Centre and do some reading.

It is impossible to tell you everything you need to know in a few sentences. You have to do a lot of work work yourself.

You need to revise Zippo listing.
You can't mention a brand name unless it is genuine item.

This is confusing,  and potentially worrying!

You have listed,  and have sold lighters and watches.  Please come back and tell us these are your items you have knowledge of listing and selling them. 

If not,   then your account has been hacked,  used by someone else.
