How can a buyer have feedback when they have just joined ebay

Just started getting bids from buyers that have just joined ebay today (auction ends tomorrow) which is no big deal, but and the strange thing is one of them has feedback from earlier in the month ?? when earlier today they had no feedback at all

Buyer joined ebay on 9th May 2020 but has feedback from a purchase made on the 4th May 2020

Can't figure it out

Feedback is not transferrable. If a buyer only joined today, there is no way they could have feedback from earlier in the month.

I suspect they've just changed their username today, not joined today.

If you're uncomfortable about a buyer, for any reason, you can cancel their bids and block them from bidding, see: https://offer.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?BuyerBlockPreferences

Can't see an option to block this bidder, auction ends tomorrow so will be interesting to see what happens if they win
