There is no chance of having your selling limit raised on the basis of one transaction. You have to establish a good record of selling without problem, or dealing properly if a problem does arise. At one time you had to have ten positive feedback before you could get an increase, not sure if that applies now.
Also, your payment will be held by Paypal for up to 21 days to ensure there is no problem with your sale, this will apply to all your sales at first, again until you have proved yourself.
