Hi, need some advice please. Tracking number entered, positive feedback received and buyer acknowleged via
a feedback, but ebay holding money and not transferring to papypal, what can I do please as contact pages just go round in a circle?

New, returning and occasional Seller payments may/will be subject to a 21 day payment hold although you cannot expect buyers to wait for your funds to clear ...
Always login to your PayPal account to check the payment status messages eg. Paid/Held/Pending /OK/Safe to send etc. only to the address given there ... Cash for collection items is the safest and best payment method = No holds. >
Positive feedback is no longer effective and even with tracking to prove delivery, there are reports that some sellers have had to wait the full 21 days for funds to be released ... see options for earlier release >
